IT support and outsourcing for businesses

We help employees remotely, maintain computers and servers, and organise business IT. We support companies across Poland through monthly support agreements or hourly billing for one-off tasks. On-site work is arranged according to location and scope.

Support: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30.

Monthly IT support or one-off hourly help?

Ongoing IT support by subscription

Companies with a support agreement are billed through a monthly subscription. The scope is based on the users, devices and systems covered by the agreement. We define responsibilities, request channels and included tasks before work starts.

Hourly IT support for one-off tasks

One-off tasks are billed by the hour. This suits a specific issue, device configuration or improvements to a defined part of your IT environment. We agree the task scope and billing terms before carrying out the work.

IT support hours

IT support is available Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, for clients with support agreements and one-off enquiries. We agree the work scope and request priorities as part of the engagement.

CHOOSE YOUR SUPPORT SCOPE

Who is LumeData IT support for?

A company without an IT specialist

You need someone to look after computers, accounts, email and everyday requests. We agree which devices and services are covered and how staff should get in touch.

An existing IT team

Your specialist needs help with a specific area: networks, cloud, servers or security. We can agree a defined scope of work and a clear division of responsibility.

A one-off issue or change

You need to set up a workstation, organise access or investigate a problem. One-off assistance is billed hourly after the scope and terms are agreed.

02 · SCOPE

What our business IT support can cover

We adapt the scope to the size of the team, the existing environment and the responsibilities the company wants to delegate.

  • Support for users, computers and peripheral devices
  • Administration of accounts, identities and permissions
  • Maintenance of servers, services and core infrastructure
  • Monitoring of agreed components and maintenance planning
  • Inventory, configuration standards and change documentation
  • Coordination of implementations and other technology suppliers

03 · PROCESS

How we take over IT support

Understand the environment

We inventory devices, systems, access and the business dependencies that matter most.

Define ownership

We agree the scope, request channel, priorities and situations that require on-site work.

Take over in stages

We organise access and documentation, introducing changes with backups and a rollback route.

Maintain and improve

We handle the agreed work and regularly identify risks and practical next steps.

04 · VALUE

What the company gains

One point of contact

Employees know where to report a problem and responsibility is not passed between suppliers.

A predictable environment

Configurations and changes follow shared standards and remain documented.

IT that fits the business

The scope can grow with the number of users, devices and importance of services.

EVERYDAY BUSINESS IT

What can you ask us to help with?

Email, accounts and access

Sign-in issues, business email, permissions or setting up an employee account. We clarify the symptoms and agree how to access the environment securely.

Computers and office equipment

Workstation, software and printer configuration, and fault diagnosis. We establish what can be handled remotely and what needs physical access to the equipment.

Networks and data protection

Wi-Fi or VPN issues, backup reviews and access management. The work depends on your systems and the importance of each service to the business.

CLEAR TERMS OF COOPERATION

IT support costs: what do we agree before starting?

The scope of support

The number of users, computers, servers and locations, and the list of services. We define which elements we are responsible for and who makes decisions within your company.

How work is billed

Ongoing care under a support agreement uses a monthly subscription; one-off work is billed hourly. Before work starts, we confirm the quotation scope, travel terms and any purchases.

Support availability

Support is available Monday–Friday, 8:30–16:30. Reporting channels, priorities and agreed response times depend on the terms of cooperation. The time to start work and the time to resolve an issue are separate considerations.

For the first conversation, prepare the number of workstations, your key systems and a short description of current issues. This helps us establish the scope required for a quotation.
